These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Iryna Krutevych (“we”, “us”, or “our”) for your use of the mobile application Offerstep (the “App”). They are the end-user license agreement (EULA) for Offerstep on iOS. By downloading or using Offerstep you agree to them. Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the extent Apple requires it.

1. Who the app is for
Offerstep is for parents and caregivers introducing complementary foods. The child is not the user. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live, if higher). Age rating: 16+. Not Made for Kids.
You are responsible for the baby profiles and notes you enter, and for decisions about feeding. If you use the app for someone else’s child, you must have the right to do so.
2. Educational information only
Catalog text, allergen notes, safety tips, introduction guides, and sources are educational. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. They do not replace a clinician, allergist, or emergency care.
Seek medical care for severe reactions. Do not rely on Offerstep alone for allergy or choking decisions.
3. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Offerstep on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or scrape the catalog for a competing product, except as allowed by law.
The food catalog, photos, and wording we publish remain our content (and our licensors’). Your baby names, notes, and tracker entries remain yours; you grant us a license to store and sync them to operate the app.
4. Accounts and sync
Sign-in is not required. An on-device Keychain identifier supports sync and the free-introduction quota. Sign in with Apple is optional (restore or another iPhone). We do not receive your Apple email or name.
You must keep your Apple ID secure. Restore Purchase and Sign in with Apple are the supported ways to recover Premium or data on a new iPhone, as described in the app.
5. Free and Premium
The food catalog is free. You get 5 food introduction actions (start, finish, try later, and related introduction steps). After that, further introduction actions require Premium. Tracker, sync, and Sign in with Apple stay available on the free tier.
Premium is one entitlement, unlocked by any of:

Lifetime is not a subscription. It does not auto-renew and does not expire. We may show or hide Lifetime on the paywall; a Lifetime purchase already made stays valid.
There is no free trial at this time. If we add one in App Store Connect, the paywall will disclose it.
6. Auto-renewable subscriptions
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
We do not control Apple billing. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s refund rules.
Restore Purchase is available on the paywall and in Options → Plan.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse Offerstep: no illegal use, no attempt to break the service, no spam or abusive content in issue reports. We may limit reports if they abuse the service.
8. Deletion
Sign-in is not required. Unsigned users still have an anonymous server profile for sync and the free-introduction quota. For those users, Delete Data in Options is the in-app deletion path: it removes baby profiles and introduction history from this iPhone and the synced copy. Delete Account is not shown until Sign in with Apple.
Delete Data does not reset the free-introduction quota.
Delete Account is shown when you are signed in with Apple. It signs you out and removes the Apple-linked account. It does not currently wipe baby/tracker data; use Delete Data for that first.
Deleting the app from the iPhone does not cancel a subscription. Cancel in Apple ID subscription settings.
9. Availability and changes
We may change features, catalog content, prices (for future periods), or these terms. We may discontinue the service. We are not liable for downtime, lost notes, or catalog mistakes beyond what applicable law requires.
If these terms change, we will update this URL: /terms. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the update, unless applicable law says otherwise.
10. Disclaimer and liability
Offerstep is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for feeding outcomes, allergic reactions, or indirect or consequential damages. Your statutory rights as a consumer (including in the EEA/UK) are not excluded where they cannot be waived.
These Terms are between you and Iryna Krutevych, not Apple. Apple is not a party to this EULA and is not responsible for Offerstep or these terms, except as stated in Apple’s Licensed Application EULA.
